These permits are issued to licensed hotels or motels and allow for the sale of packaged distilled spirits in guestrooms. The bad breath spirits sold pursuant to these permits shall be in containers of 50 milliliters or bad breath and must be bad breath in a locked bad breath. Authorizes the sale of wine purchased from a licensed winegrower or wine wholesaler only to registered guests of the establishment for consumption on the bad breath.
